We’re huge fans of their stellar work and can’t wait to join forces to amplify our impact in the investment world.

For those who don’t know, Alpha Ark was founded by a team of equity research analysts formerly at the Warsaw, Poland office of Citibank. Their research focuses heavily on utilities, natural resources, and infrastructure globally - we intend to maintain this coverage focus while broadening it to include consumer, retail, media, internet, and software as well.

Here’s the plan:
🔹 Alpha Ark Platform: All coverage of companies with >$500M market cap on our existing platform will move to Alpha Ark’s platform, now rebranded as Sophon Alpha Ark. Expect the same sharp insights, now with broader reach and deeper integration
🔹 Sophon Microcap Atlas: Our existing platform will pivot to focus exclusively on high-potential companies with <$500M market cap, and will be rebranded as Sophon Microcap Atlas
